To celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Swedish settlers in Philadelphia and their Quaker roots (the team was originally called "Quakers" from 1883-1889), the Phillies wore a Swedish blue and yellow version of its uniform for the season along with the William Penn logo patch. We've added Phillies script as a side patch!
We've recreated the patch on an adjustable navy blue cap for an exclusive design you can only find at Shibe.
FUN FACT: In addition to this Phillies uniform, the colors of the Philadelphia flag and the original NFL team in the city, Frankford Yellow Jackets, are both inspired by the Swedish flag.
