Return Policy

To initiate a return, visit your account page at: https://account.shibevintagesports.com/.

Log in with the email used to purchase the item. You will receive a six-digit code sent to your email to log in. 

If you do not have an account, please send us an email at team@shibesports.com or stop by our Center City location at 137 S. 13th St. 

We want you to be fully satisfied with items that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other non-refundable charges.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), with original tags attached, and with all paperwork, and accessories to ensure full credit.

After 365 days, please contact the manufacturer directly to request a return.

Here are the steps for returning an item.

• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
• Enclose the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return and, ship the return package to:
