It's a mindset. It's a feel. It's simple. It's based on your WHY. It's filled with purpose and intent. It's intimate. It's individual. It's genuine. It's a complete understanding of YOU. It's confidence. It's clarity. It's controlled. It's repeatable. It's natural.
#GoodBatting is an experience. It's finding out who you are and WHY you do what you do. It's digging deep to have a true understanding of YOU, or as we like to say "know thyself." It's being aware of your personality and how that fits in with what you do on a daily basis. It'’s being so in control and in tune with your purpose in life, that you feel invincible.
We set out to create a clothing line that would tell the story of #GoodBatting. We enlisted the help of artist and former professional baseball player Jake Gronsky, and the owner of Shibe Vintage Sports, Brian Michael. With both #GoodBatting and Shibe making their home in the City of Brotherly Love, and exemplifying the authentic feel and style that embodies everything #Goodbatting stands for, it was only natural that we join forces to create a clothing line with a unique story behind it. In the fall of 2017, the #GoodBatting Collection was born.
Our goal was simple. Give players, coaches and teams a reminder - WHY we wear the jersey is more important than how far we go in it. The journey is better than the destination, so let's celebrate WHY we suit up and show our gratitude for the privilege of wearing the jersey.
